We are an independent local charity that helps young people facing homelessness.
With multiple factors contributing to youth homelessness, early intervention is essential to prevent crisis.
Our aim is to work towards a future where no young person in Worcestershire becomes homeless.
Our Approach
Our approach is:
Person-Centred: Young people set their own goals.
Empowering: We work together with young people to achieve their goals.
Trauma-Informed: We recognise the impact of the complex events that may have affected a young person’s life. We respond appropriately, reducing the need for them to retell their story multiple times to different professionals, reducing the risk of re-traumatisation.
Positive: We provide an inclusive and non-judgmental environment.
We Offer:
- Mediation and Conflict Resolution
- Guidance to navigate the housing system and apply for housing.
- Support to manage a tenancy.
- Advocacy to help navigate challenges.
- Support to access employment
- Food bank providing emergency food.
