We know that many young people who don’t have a support network will experience issues with their tenancy and debt. These issues can quickly escalate, and young people can face eviction.
There are multiple reasons why young people struggle to maintain a tenancy, and through floating support and clear support plans we work through these.
We advocate on the young person’s behalf to address issues with their housing provider. We explore all options to prevent court evictions proceeding.
As with our Guidance work, this support is offered across Worcestershire as part of floating support, from Hanover House in Bromsgrove and The Hive in Worcester.
