You can speak to us about any problems and/or issues you may be experiencing. However, if you tell us anything that puts you or anyone else at risk, we might have to share this information. We would always talk to you about this first.
We can help you get in touch and register with the local housing authority and other agencies that can provide housing. If you would like us to we will also accompany you to housing meetings.
We can help you apply for benefits and also make sure you are receiving the correct benefit and amounts.

Yes! There is no charge for any of our services.
The Basement works with people between the ages of 16-25 and can help with a variety of issues, including homelessness; housing issues; money/debt issues and personal development. We also provide mediation, counselling, hypnotherapy, advocacy, and workshops.
