If you are under the age of 25 and at risk of becoming homeless, or are actually homeless, please get in touch with us. One of our Support Workers will arrange to meet you for chat over the phone to gain an understanding of what is happening and how best we can help you. We will then work with you to put a plan in place to help you navigate your circumstances.
We offer:
- Mediation and Conflict Resolution – this can help resolve issues in the family home so that you can remain there, if it is safe for you to do so.
- Guidance to navigate the housing system and apply for housing if remaining at home is not an option.
- Support to manage a tenancy, especially if it is the first time you have had to do this alone.
- Advocacy to help navigate challenges, such as issues with your housing provider. This can help to prevent eviction.
- Support to access employment.
